The main farmhouse is supplied with "Single phase" electricity. There is also a "Three phase" supply - tested by the EDP and is ready to be made use of if you need to.
Two satelite dishes are installed. One for the main house and one for the apartment.
There are two large lakes so water is not a problem (and you will not have to pay for the water).
PT telephone line is connected to the main house.
ADSL (Broadband) is also connected at 4MB speed.
